Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of body piercing jewelry, Pierce & Tell does not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, we may allow limited exchanges strictly under the conditions outlined below.

1. Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Size issue (length, diameter, or fit)

  • Incorrect product received

  • Manufacturing defect or damage on arrival

2. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Any protective seals or hygiene packaging (if applicable) must be intact

  • All exchanged items are subject to quality and hygiene inspection upon receipt

For issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items, customers may be required to provide a clear unboxing video as proof.

3. Exchange Terms

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted

  • Exchanges are allowed only for products of equal or higher value

  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, the price difference must be prepaid

4. Shipping Charges

  • A ₹150 exchange shipping fee will be charged per exchange

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including size issues, change of mind, or preference changes.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where:

  • A replacement is unavailable, and

  • The issue occurred solely due to an error on our end

Such cases will be reviewed and decided at the sole discretion of Pierce & Tell.

6. Non-Exchangeable Cases

Exchange requests will not be accepted if:

  • The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or tampering

  • The item fails quality or hygiene inspection

  • Original packaging or seals are missing or damaged
