1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time unless specifically mentioned on the website.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–4 working days after successful payment.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary for:

    • Pre-order items

    • Limited-stock or special releases
      In such cases, the estimated dispatch timeline will be clearly mentioned on the product page or communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Orders are processed only on working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

  • Pierce & Tell is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners but ensures timely handover of the shipment.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be communicated on the website.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring availability at the delivery address.

6. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and pincode provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment:

    • The order may be returned to us.

    • Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

    • Any refund or replacement request will be reviewed as per our Returns & Exchange Policy, after deducting applicable forward and return shipping costs (if applicable).

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Order cancellations or address changes are permitted only before the order is dispatched.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

8. Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

  • Pierce & Tell reserves the right to update shipping partners or shipping terms without prior notice.

  • Ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
