At Pierce & Tell, our jewelry is crafted from high-grade implant-grade titanium and surgical stainless steel—built to be durable, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant for daily wear. A few simple habits will keep them clean, safe, and shining like new.

Shower Safe: Safe for everyday showers. Avoid chlorine pools, salt water, and harsh chemicals to protect gem settings and gold plating.

Cosmetics & Hair Products: Apply perfumes, lotions, serums, and hair products before putting on your jewelry. Chemicals can dull stones and wear off surface plating over time.

Daily Closure Check: Get into the habit of checking your threaded ends, flatback tops, or clickers before showering and before bed to ensure they are securely tightened.

Cleaning & Hygiene: Wash gently with mild soap and warm water or sterile saline spray. Avoid rubbing alcohol or chemical cleaners.

Safe Storage: Store clean and dry in a pouch or zip bag to prevent scratches and protect plated finishes.

Dispatch & Delivery: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery: 3–8 working days.
Some pin codes may suffer delay due to ground service.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be modified or canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

Exchanges & Returns: For health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds. We accept size exchanges and replacements for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is required for claims.
